Comfort Circle – Terms and Conditions

1 Age Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals aged 1 year to 80 years.

2 Pre-existing Terminal Conditions (Undisclosed)

If a member fails to disclose a pre-existing terminal condition at the time of registration, no compensation will be made in case of death.

3 Pre-existing Terminal Conditions (Disclosed)

If a terminal condition is disclosed during registration, compensation will be limited to 50% of the benefit.

4 Accuracy of Information

Failure to provide correct details for a member or dependants during registration will result in claim rejection and suspension of membership.

5 Covering Dependants

A member must first take a cover for themselves before covering any dependant. You cannot pay for another person if you are not covered.

6 Dependants Above 70 Years (Non-Immediate Family)

If a dependant who is not an immediate family member is aged 70 years or above, their premium will be KSh 500 per month.

7 Late Addition of Dependants

Any dependant added 30 days after registration will be subject to an 8-month waiting period before claims can be made.

Any undisclosed information — including relationship to a dependant or age differences — will lead to claim rejection.

11 Children Coverage

Comfort Circle can cover up to four (4) children under one member's plan.
