When you register for a plan or contact us, we may collect your name, national ID number, phone number, email address, and information about your nominated beneficiaries. We use this information solely to administer your policy, process claims, and communicate with you about your cover.
Your personal data is used to: register and manage your welfare plan, process claims on your behalf, send payment reminders and policy updates, and respond to your enquiries. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us directly.
